We drift deeper into sound
I hope you’re ready for yet another step forward in the movement to legitimize mobile photography/art in the eyes of the general public. WiAM (Worldwide iPhoneography Art Movement) is lunching their first annual photo exhibition in Naples, Italy this weekend . The show consist of 34 participating artists with two images each. Of the 34, three are the organizers of the show and will be showing multiple pieces. If you haven’t taken a look at the photo gallery of the showcase, make sure you do because the work is stunning.

Stoked to be a participating artist at WiAM first annual iPhone Photo Show in Naples, Italy!!
There has been some interest about my lastest image entitled: “Pueden pasar tres mil años. Puedes besar otros labios, pero nunca te olvidaré.” Translated as:”3 thousand years may pass. You may kiss another, but I’ll never forget.” So, I would like to take this opportunity to share the vision behind the work.
This will also offer an opportunity for you to share your story and process about a particular image you have created, here on iPhoneogenic in a new feature I am calling StoryTellers!

In today’s featured interview we will take you through the thoughts and work of one of the mediums rising talents, Elaine Nimmo. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Elaine in person and I know her to be a shy introvert but her work speaks louder than words as do her generous feedback to others. Her work is truly magical, transcending a sense of mystery and enigmatic portrayals. What a better day (Valintine’s Day) than today to bring you such an artist, I genuinely LOVE her work!
(Day by day you turn to stone)
And now here’s Elaine…
